丙基硫醇键合蔗渣的制备及其吸附Hg^(2+)的性能 被引量:2

Preparation of Sugarcane Bagasse Bonded Mercaptopropyl and Its Adsorption Capability to Hg^(2+) in Aqueous Solution

摘要 文章构建了(3-巯基丙基)三甲氧基硅烷试剂与蔗渣纤维素发生的硅烷化反应,成功将丙基硫醇基团键合至蔗渣纤维素,制备出丙基硫醇键合蔗渣(SBM)。采用静态吸附方法,设置吸附液与吸附剂质量比为50:1,考察了SBM对重金属离子Hg2+的吸附性能,结果表明:SBM对Hg2+的吸附平衡时间为22 h;pH、温度和电解质对其吸附性能无明显影响,即使在pH=0这一极强酸性条件下,SBM对Hg2+仍具有很好的吸附效果;当溶液中Hg2+初始浓度为200 mg/L溶液时,SBM对Hg2+一次吸附率高达88%;当溶液中Hg2+初始浓度小于50 mg/L,SBM对Hg2+一次吸附率高于99.9%,经一次吸附即可达标排放(≤0.05 mg/L)。SBM对水溶液中Hg2+的饱和吸附量为12.24mg/g,而在相同条件下,蔗渣纤维素原料对Hg2+无吸附,活性炭的饱和吸附量仅有3.58 mg/g。该研究制备的SBM对水溶液中Hg2+的吸附性能明显优于蔗渣纤维素原料和活性炭。 Based on the salinization reaction of sugarcane bagasse and (3-mercaptopropyl) trimethoxysilane, mercaptopropyl was successfully bonded to sugarcane bagasse cellulose to prepare sugarcane bagasse bonded mercaptopropyl (SBM). The adsorption properties of Hg^2+, on the SBM was investigated by static adsorption experiment with ratio (w/w) of adsorption solution and sorbent as 50:1. Results showed that the adsorption equilibrium time was 22 h, and the adsorption capability was not obviously affected by pH, temperature and strong electrolyte. When the initial concentration of Hg^2+ in aqueous solution was 200 mg/L, the adsorption efficiency of Hg^2+ was high to 88% even in strong acidic solution (pH=0) using SBM as adsorbent. When the initial concentration of Hg^2+was less than 50 mg/L, the adsorption efficiency of Hg^2+. was higher than 99.9%, and the residual concentration of Hg^2+ could meet the safe regulatory discharge standard (less than 0.05 mg/L) after one time adsorption. The adsorption capability of sugarcane bagasse and activated carbon were also separately investigated in the same experimental conditions, with the maximal adsorption capability of SBM, sugarcane bagasse and activated carbon to Hg^2+ as 12.24, 0 and 3.58 mg/g respectively. The adsorption capability of SBM was obviously better than the sugarcane bagasse or activated carbon.
