摘要
对2012年投放"雷公藤甲素"颗粒剂的农田害鼠群落次年的恢复动态进行了研究。结果表明,投药区的雌体繁殖率为26.67%,而对照区的雌体繁殖率为53.85%,比对照区降低了50.47%,且二者存在显著差异;同时,投药区和对照区的害鼠群落密度也有显著差异,对害鼠密度的控制率可达到67.64%。说明该药剂至少2 a内可以控制害鼠群落的繁殖和密度,抗生育的综合效果显著。建议在使用抗凝血杀鼠剂降低害鼠数量基数的基础上,使用抗生育剂达到长期、持续控制的目的。
The restoration dynamics of farmland rodent community, where triptolide infertility agents was placed in 2012, was studied in 2013. The result showed that the rate of female procreation of administration district was 26.67%, where reduced by 50.47% than control area. And there was significant difference between the two groups. Besides, the rodent density of two areas had significant difference. The rodent community control rate reached 67.64%. In conclusion, the agent could control the reproduction and density of rodent community in at least two years time. It was recommended that use of anticoagulant agents to reduce rodent population first and later anti fertility agents to achieve sustainable control goal.
