摘要
采用电泳工艺对不锈钢进行着色处理。通过正交试验优化了不锈钢除油、化学抛光以及电泳着色的工艺条件。实验得出,不锈钢除油的较优条件为80g/L氢氧化钠,35g/L碳酸钠,10g/L硅酸钠,θ为70℃;化学抛光的较优条件为25%硫酸,5%硝酸,7%磷酸,0.5%添加剂,θ为40℃;不锈钢电泳着彩色的较优工艺条件U为22V,t为90s,θ为25℃,pH为8。在较优工艺条件下对不锈钢进行着色,通过金相显微镜对该膜进行观测。结果表明,产品漆膜外观基本平整,具有很好的耐磨性、耐腐蚀性和加工性能。
Stainless steel was colored by electrophoresis process,and technical conditions of degreasing,chemical polishing and electrophoretic coloring for the stainless steel were optimized by orthogonal tests.The optimum conditions of degreasing process were:80 g/L of sodium hydroxide,35 g/L of sodium carbonate,10g/L sodium silicate,θ 70 ℃ ;the optimum conditions of chemical polishing process were:25% of sulfuric acid,5% of nitric acid,7% of phosphorous acid,0.5% of additives,θ 40℃ ;the optimum conditions of color electrophoresis coloring process were:U 22 V,t 90 s,θ 25 ℃,pH 8.The stainless steel was colored under the optimum conditions and the films were observed by metaloscope,results showed that the films had substantially flat appearance,good wear resistance,corrosion resistance and processibility.
