摘要
为了提高抽油井生产区块系统效率测试数据的准确性,降低费用,对数据测试和统计方法进行了研究。分析了目前由石油行业标准提供的方法在实际应用中存在的问题,根据抽油井系统效率监测的原理,提出了一种以生产区块耗电和产液的总量数据以及有效扬程、混合液比重、工作天数等平均数据为基础的系统效率计算方法。该方法通过加强区块产液量和耗电量的计量,可以有效地解决目前方法存在的一些问题,更客观地评价节能降耗技术的实施效果,提高抽油生产的管理水平。
In order to improve the accuracy of system efficiency for a pumping block and to lower the cost of testing,some research work has been done for the testing and calculation of the pumping efficiency.Several problems of the present method provided by the oil industry standards have been analyzed.Based on the principles of efficiency testing of a pumping well,a new method has been put forward for the efficiency calculation according to the statistical data of power consumption,total liquid yield and the average data of effective head,mixture proportion,working days and so on.By the improvement of measurement for the power and the yield of a block,the problems can be effectively solved by means of the new way,which can also be used to evaluate objectively the effect of energy conservation technologies and to promote the management of pumping wells.
