摘要
为进一步了解进口红土镍矿的使用机理,通过中试试验研究了回转窑-电炉法(RKEF)处理印尼某地红土镍矿工艺过程中还原焙烧指标影响因素,试验给出了回转窑还原焙烧温度、还原焙烧时间、还原剂特性、石灰加入量等较理想工艺技术参数和条件,为工业化生产实践提供了技术依据。
For further mastering the mechanism of import nickel laterite, it investigates the influence factors of reduction roasting indexes in the RKEF process by using Indonesia nickel laterite ore in pilot test. The result gives out the optimal technological parameters and conditions from the temperature and time of rotary kiln reduction roasting, reductant characteristics and lime addition etc, offering technical basis for industrial production.
