摘要
目的:探讨洗手衣监测包(PCD)代替棉布监测包(PCD)的效果。方法:我科为了提高效率节省成本采用洗手衣监测包代替棉布监测包,为证明其可行性,将2012年1～12月单日采用洗手衣监测包作为观察组,双日采用棉布监测包作为对照组,比较两种监测包的应用情况。结果:两种监测包合格率比较差异无统计学意义,但洗手衣监测包可减少折叠时间,降低成本。结论:将洗手衣敷料包作为化学监测包,既保证了化学监测合格率,又节省了棉布化学监测包的材料,对于提高工作效率,降低医院成本具有积极意义。
To innovate the homemade cotton chemical procolss challenge device （ PCD） monitoring package. Methods：Chose odd-numbered days of month from Jan. -Dec. 2012 received hand washing clothes PCD was the observation group,while chose even-numbered days received cotton chemical PCD was the control group. Compared the effect of two groups. Results：There was no difference sense of percent of pass between two groups,but the hand washing clothes PCD could reduce the fold times and costs. Conclusion：Hand washing clothes PCD can ensure that each pot will have a chemical monitoring,but also can save material of the chemical monitoring package. There will be a positive significance to improve efficiency and reduce the hospital costs.
