大采高长壁综采工作面支承压力分布预测分析 被引量:16

Prediction on Distribution Characteristics of Abutment Pressure in Long-wall Fully-Mechanized Working Face with Large Mining Height

摘要 根据极限平衡理论,就大采高长壁工作面采场支承压力分布规律及其主要影响因素规律进行了研究,得出极限平衡区宽度随着煤层采高和埋深增大而增大,支承应力峰值随采高的增加而有所降低。根据二向应力状态下采场前方极限平衡区和弹性区分布范围计算公式,分别对222203工作面和3101工作面支承压力影响范围和峰值点位置进行了预测,随后通过数值模拟、现场监测等方法测得的数据验证了理论分析结果。研究表明:采用二向应力状态下应力计算公式得到预测结果能够较好地反映工作面超前支承应力分布规律。 According to ultimate equilibrium theory, the abutment pressure distribution characteristics and its main influence factors in long - wall coal working face with large mining height were studied. Theoretical computation showed that the width of limit equilibrium area increased with the increase of mining height and burial depths, while stress peak value decreased with the increase of mining height. According to the formula of limit equilibrium area and elastic area ahead of the coal wall under two - direction stress, the influence sphere of abutment pressure and the location of stress peak value in 222203 and 3101 working face were predicted. And theoretical analysis was verified by numerical simulation and the measured data.
