摘要
将玄武岩、聚丙烯纤维以单掺和混杂的形式掺入普通C30混凝土基体中,通过对4种掺加量在不同的掺加方式—单掺和3种不同混杂比例的混掺下对混凝土基体的28d抗压、劈裂抗拉、抗折等性能进行试验研究。结果表明,混凝土中掺入纤维后,对基体混凝土的抗压强度有降低作用;低掺量纤维对基体劈裂抗拉强度有明显的提高;对抗折强度有大幅度的提高作用;同时,对混凝土破坏形态有极大改善作用,其中混杂纤维优于单掺纤维。
Basalt fiber and polypropylene fiber are added in the ordinary C30 matrix in the different form of single addition?and mixed addition. Through different addition ways of single addition and three different ratio mixed addition with the four kinds of mixing amounts, the composite concretes are prepared, and the 28d compressive strength, tensile strength, flexural and other properties of the composite concrete are tested. The results show that adding fiber can reduce the compressive strength of matrix concrete, but adding the fiber with low amount can improve the tensile strength and flexural strength of the matrix concrete significantly; meanwhile, fiber has a positive impact on the failure mode of con- crete, and the effect of mixed addition fiber are better than that of single addition fiber.
