摘要
目的 探讨健康教育在冠状动脉介入治疗冠心病中的临床应用效果.方法 随机抽取2012年2月至2014年2月我院收治的200例冠状动脉介入治疗术后患者,将其中实施健康教育临床路径的100例患者编入试验组,将其余100例接受常规健康教育的患者编入对照组,于出院前调查两组患者掌握疾病相关知识、日常护理方法及复诊指征情况,同时调查患者术后并发症发生率和对医护工作的满意度.结果 ①患者对健康教育知识掌握情况：试验组对于疾病知识及出院后的复诊指征和护理知识的掌握率均显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）.②行健康教育后患者对医护工作的满意度对比：试验组患者对医护工作的满意率明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）.③冠状动脉介入术后并发症发生率比较：试验组术后并发症的发生率明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 健康教育临床路径在冠状动脉介入治疗冠心病中的临床应用效果显著优于常规健康教育.
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of health education intervention in the patients of coronary artery disease who undergone PCI. Methods Two hundred cases of coronary artery disease who had unergone PCI were randomly selected from 2012 February to 2014 February in our hospital, 100 cases in the ex- perimental group patients win be received the implementation of clinical pathway of health education, the other 100 cases received conventional health education were control group. The two group patients were investigated about the knowledge of illness, daily care and referral indications, job satisfaction and rate of medical complications before discharged. Results （1）The mastery degree of healthy knowledge about disease：the mastery of subsequent visiting indications and nursing knowledge after discharge were significantly higher in experimental group than the control group（P〈0.05）. （2）The satisfaction to health care work was significantly higher than that in control group（P〈0.05）. （3）The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion The clinical pathway of health education intervention in patients with coronary artery disease can provide significantly clinical effects than conventional health education.
