摘要
通过介绍分析美国物流法律制度的立法专门性以及政府宏观调控等特征,总结其经验,并分析中国现存物流制度所存在的滞后性与弱效力性,提出完善我国物流法律制度的相关对策,旨在为我国物流业的发展提供良好的借鉴。
In this paper, through analyzing the characteristics of the logistics legal system of America, we summarized its experience, analyzed the weakness of the current logistics system of China, and proposed the countermeasures to improve the logistics legal system of China.
