摘要
目的:探讨超声显像在脐尿管囊肿病灶中的特点,研究其诊断价值。方法:分析观察24例脐尿管囊肿超声声像图表现,和手术结果做一对比。结果:24例患者经手术证实都为脐尿管囊肿,其中单纯囊肿16例,超声诊断符合率75%,单纯囊肿中单发单纯囊肿12例,超声诊断符合率最高,达到100%,其超声特点,在脐部至膀胱尖中间的腹壁内显示类圆形无回声,边界清晰,形态规则,壁薄且光滑,内部透声较好,没有血流信号,并且与膀胱不相通。脐尿管囊肿伴感染患者8例,超声诊断符合率50%,其中4例表现为无回声的囊壁比较厚且不光滑,囊内部呈细密点状低回声,透声性差。另外4例表现为下腹壁内形态不规则的低回声,位置在膀胱尖部与脐之间,界线不清楚,膀胱壁局部较厚。24例患者中,18例病变部位位于脐尿管的中下部,4例于膀胱尖,2例位于脐尿管上部。24例患者中,20例患者超声显示单一个病灶,有4例患者显示多个病灶。结论:通过超声显像,脐尿管囊肿疾病的诊断符合率高,对于合并感染的脐尿管囊肿通过临床观察分析可以提高诊断符合率,在临床诊断中有很高的价值。
Objective： To investigate the characteristics of ultrasound imaging in urachal cyst lesions, the study of its diagnostic value. Methods： Observed 24 cases of urachal cyst ultrasound sonography, and do a comparison of the results of surgical. Results： 24 patients with surgically confirmed are urachal cyst, simple cyst 16 cases in which ultrasound diagnosis rate of 75%, a simple cyst single cyst in 12 cases, ultrasound diagnosis rate is high, at 100%, ultrasound characteristics, showing the abdominal wall of the bladder to the tip of the middle class in the umbilical round anechoic, clear boundaries, the shape, the walls thin and smooth, internal sound better, there is no blood flow, and is not connected with the bladder. Urachal cyst with infected patients in 8 cases, ultrasound diagnosis rate of 50%, of which 4 cases showed no echo, relatively thick wall and not smooth, the internal capsule was fine punctate hypoechoic, transparent sound poor. Another four cases in the lower abdominal wall showed irregular hypoechoic, located between the bladder and the umbilical tip, the line is not clear, partly thick bladder wall. In 24 cases, 18 cases in the lesion site of urachal part, 4 cases of bladder, 2 cases located in the upper u- rachal. In 24 patients, 20 patients with ultrasound showed a single lesion, there are four patients show multiple lesions.Conclusions： Ultrasound imaging, diagnosis ofurachal cyst disease meets high rate of co-infection of the urachal cyst can improve diagnostic accuracy by clinical observation and analysis, has a high value in clinical diagnosis
