摘要
以一株分离自黄海海泥(山东日照附近)的海洋放线菌SMA-1为研究对象,利用单菌多次级代谢物(One Strain Many Compounds,OSMAC)方法来增加其代谢物多样性,通过薄层层析和生物活性追踪检测其代谢谱变化,从其中一个活性较强的斑点分离鉴定出活性化合物Naseseazine B,最终建立了一套快速研究海洋放线菌代谢物多样性的培养和分析分离方法。
The actinomycete strain SMA-1, isolated from marine sediment in Rizhao area, Shandong province was investigated. One strain many compounds (OSMAC) method was deployed to expand the metabolic diversity of strain SMA-1. Metabolite profile was determined based on the guidance of chemical and bioactivity assays. Compound of naseseazine B was obtained and identified from one active spot in TLC plate. As a result, a simple and quick method was developed for mining metabolic profile from marine actinomycetes.
