摘要
针对非封闭型节曲线非圆齿轮齿廓生成问题,利用齿轮啮合理论和折算齿形法,在CAXA中绘制了节曲线为对数螺旋线的非封闭型非圆齿轮的齿廓,并用其平面图在Pro/E中生成了非圆齿轮的三维模型。根据生成的渐开线型非圆齿轮齿廓,可以分析其相关特征,对设计、研究非封闭型对数螺旋线非圆齿轮提供帮助。
The enclosed pitch curve of logarithmic spiral of non-circular gear tooth profile is generated in CAXA via the gear meshing theory and the conversion method of tooth profile for the enclosed pitch curve of non-circular gear tooth profile generation problems,then its three dimensional model is got in Pro/E.According to the tooth profile,some characteristics of the non-circular gear tooth profile could be analyzed which would be help for designing and investigation of the enclosed pitch curve of logarithmic spiral of non-circular gear tooth profile.
