铝合金脉冲MIG焊起弧与收弧优化控制 被引量:1

摘要 针对铝合金焊接存在的起弧和收弧困难的问题,分析了起弧和收弧的特点,分别提出了"热脉冲起弧"和"数字化收弧"的控制方案。采用实验空自行研制的多功能数字化焊机和焊接电弧动态小波分析仪,进行了起弧和收弧对比试验,试验结果表明:"热脉冲起弧"焊缝熔深好,起弧成功率高,起弧过程电弧相对稳定,并不扰乱焊接气氛,焊缝气体保护状况较好;"数字化收弧"焊缝填充饱满,焊丝削球更为理想。验证了"热脉冲起弧"和"数字化收弧"设计效果较普通起弧收弧效果优越的特点。 This paper analyzed the characteristics of arc building and extinction,and proposed heat pulse arc building and digital arc extinction control scheme.Used self-developed multifunctional digital welding machine and welding arc dynamic wavelet analyzer,arc building and extinction comparative test were conducted.The results showed that heat pulse arc building scheme had good weld penetration with high arcing success rate and relatively stable arc process.Beside,it did not disturb the atmosphere of welding.Digital arc extinction scheme had get fuUy filled seam,and welding wire was chopped more ideally.It is verified that the heat pulse arc building and digital arc extinction design show more superior effect than ordinary one.
