摘要
企业产品定价方法很多,主要有成本加成定价法、生命周期定价法、追加定货成本法、弹性定价法等,但没有企业真正研究过以价值链为基础的产品定价决策机制。在阐述通信企业价值链构成及其定价决策优势基础上,以中国联通为例,说明价值链定价决策方法选择是企业拥有核心竞争力、有效进行成本控制的关键性因素。
There are many pricing methods for enterprise products such as cost-plus pricing method, life cycle pricing method, additional order cost method, and flexible pricing method and so on. But no enterprise engaged in the research on the product pricing decision-making mechanism based on the value chain. Taken China Unicorn as example, based on stating the value chain constitution and pricing decision-making advantage of the communication enterprise, this paper explains that value chain pricing decision-making method is crucial to the core competitiveness and effective cost control of the enterprise.
