摘要
目的考察注射用庆大霉素与奥硝唑氯化钠注射液的配伍稳定性,为临床给药提供科学依据。方法用紫外分光光度法考察注射用庆大霉素与奥硝唑氯化钠注射在室温(25℃)条件下配伍的稳定性。结果注射用庆大霉素和奥硝唑氯化钠注射液配伍在常温下8h内,配伍液外观及pH值无明显变化,配伍液的紫外吸收曲线、最大波长几乎无变化,含量变化<5%,可以配伍使用。4h后pH值随时间推移略有降低。结论临床注射用庆大霉素和奥硝唑氯化钠注射液配伍时,不宜放置过久,最好应在4h内用完。
Objective To evaluate the stability of gentamicin injection combined with ornidazole and sodium chloride injection,in order to provide a scientific basis for clinical administration. Methods The stability of gentamicin injection combined with ornidazole and sodium chloride injection was evaluated by UV spectrophotometry at room temperature（ 25℃） conditions. Results In 8 hours,the appearance and pH value of mixed liquor including gentamicin and ornidazole and sodium chloride injection at room temperature had no significant changes,the UV absorption curve,the maximum wavelength was almost no change,small changes in content was 5%,which could be mixed. After 4 hours,the pH value decreased slightly over time. Conclusion The compatibility solution of gentamicin injection and sodium chloride injection preferably should be used within 4h,not too long.
