摘要
首先对基于单片机的温控加热器进行了总体设计。然后以STC单片机作为主控制器,由DS18B20温度检测模块测量环境温度值,通过四位七段码LED显示器实时显示该数值。一旦温度低于设定的下限值,开启SSR,启动加热器,并且扬声器发出加热启动提示音。当温度升至设定的上限值时,断开SSR,关闭加热器,由此实现了环境温度的控制功能。
First, the temperature control heater based on single-chip is designed for the overall structure, and then single-chip STC being served as the main controller, the environment temperature is measured by the detection module of DS18B20. The LED displays the numerical value in real-time. Once the temperature is below the lower setting value, the SSR starts and the heater opens. The speaker makes sound when heating starts at the same time. When the temperature rises to the upper setting value, the SSR can be disconnected and closes the heater. Thus, it realizes the control function of the ambient temperature.
