单元永磁磁系的磁场特性数值研究

摘要 为给永磁强磁选机的改进提供参数依据,利用MagNet软件,对采用挤压和铠装等聚磁技术设计的单元永磁磁系结构进行了磁场特性有关参数的研究。结果表明:软铁厚度、环形磁体内外径、扇形磁体宽度等结构参数均是影响单元磁系结构磁场特性的参数,单元磁系结构的磁感应强度分别当软铁厚度为4 mm、环形磁体内外径差30 mm时和扇形磁体宽度30 mm时存在着最优关系。 To provide parameters basis for improve the permanent magnet magnetic separator, in virtue of the Magnet software, relevant parameters of permanent magnetic distributions of unit magnetic structure system, which is designed on the basis of extrusion and armored technology are researched.The results showed that: the structural parameters of soft iron thickness, the difference between inner diameter and outer diameter of ring magnet, the fan magnet width all have an influence on magnetic field characteristics of unit magnetic structure system. The magnetic flux density between soft iron thickness, the difference between inner diameter and outer diameter of ring magnet, the width of fan magnets separately exist optimal relationships, when the value of soft iron thickness is 4 mm, and the value of the difference between inner diameter and outer diameter of ring magnet is 30 mm,simultaneous the value of the fan magnet width is 30 mm.
