摘要
日元作为国际支付货币的市场份额居全球第四位。本文在简述日元国际化历程及其相关政策的基础上,研究日本银行间支付清算体系建设的经验,以及日本中央银行对离岸日元支付系统实施监管的做法,总结了日本银行间支付清算体系建设对完善我国支付清算体系的启示。
Japanese Yen has become the forth most-used international payment currency. Based on the description of the historical background and relevant policies in the internationalization of Yen, this paper analyzes the Japanese experience in building interbank payment and settlement system, and the practice of the Bank of Japan on the oversight of offshore Yen payment systems and draws some inspirations for improving China’s payment and settlement system.
