摘要
宋承汉唐之制,在地方县级行政单位中普遍设置县佐。宋代是县佐制度的完善时期,不仅沿袭唐代任用品官担任县佐的办法,而且选差初仕的进士任县佐,既提高了县佐群体的文化素质和行政能力,又发挥了县佐辅治县事的作用,对维护地方稳定起了很大作用。宋代县佐的设置、职掌及其迁转反映了两宋地方行政单位管理的利弊得失。
Song set up county junior in local administractive units,which inherited from Tang Dynasty.Song was the perfect time of county junior syetem;appointing minsters to act as county junir as Tang Dy-nasty and selecting the successful candidates in imperial examination to take up the post of county junior,which improved the culture quality and executive ability of the group of county junior and performed thefuction of controuing county auxiliarily as well County junior in Song Dynasty played an important role inmaintaining the stability of reginal community. The set--up, control and turn of county junior reflects thegood points and ban points of the management of local executive units in Song Dynasty.
