摘要
本文的目的是探讨知识溢出在区域创新系统的不同生命周期中产生的作用。本文基于波特的生命周期理论构建了区域创新系统生命周期模型,研究了知识经济条件下高技术产业集群知识溢出对区域创新系统不同生命周期的影响机制。研究结果表明,当区域创新系统处于生命周期前3个阶段,知识溢出对创新绩效存在显著、正向的影响;而当区域创新系统进入生命周期的衰退阶段,知识溢出对创新绩效产生负的效应并阻碍了经济主体的创新动力。
The aim of this paper is to investigate the influences of knowledge spillovers on different life cycle of regional innovation system. The reseatch builds a regional innovation system life cycle model based on Porter＇s life cycle theory, and studys the impact mechanisms of knowledge splllover to regional innovation system based on high - tech clusters. The results showed that knowledge spillovers play a significant and positive role when the regional innovation system was in the life - cycle of the first stage, however when the regional inno- vation system has entered into the phase of the life cycle of recession, knowledge spillovers have a negative effect on innovation performance, and hindered the innovation power of economic subject.
