摘要
中等强国崛起已成为当今世界最重要的发展趋势之一。在新一轮世界权势转移过程中,中等强国的地位和作用凸显、影响深远,日益成为国际关系中的关键性主导力量。面对新形势、新情况,中国需将中等强国视作对外战略新的着力点,及时调整战略,明确其在中国外交中的定位,以求保持中国国际战略的灵活性和有效性。
The rise of the middle powers has become one of the most significant trends in the world. In the new round of the global power transfer,the status and influence of the middle powers stand out,playing more important and dominant roles in international relations. Facing the new situation,China should regard the middle powers as key roles in its foreign strategy,grasp the favorable situation and opportunity to place them as China's new focus in diplomacy,adjust China's strategy for diplomacy,determine the position of the middle powers in China's diplomacy and maintain its flexibility and efficiency.
