摘要
了解吉林省流动人口的就业和居住情况及其影响因素,可为流动人口的管理和服务提供参考。利用国家人口计生委组织的2013年吉林省流动人口动态监测抽样调查中的相关数据,对流动人口的就业及居住情况进行研究。吉林省流动人口主要从事职业为商业、服务业,工作时间普遍较长,就业稳定性受性别、年龄、受教育程度和本次流入原因等因素影响。主要居住方式为租住私房,其主要影响因素包括流动范围、流入时间和职业等。
Based on the dynamic monitoring data of the floating population collected by the national population and family planning commission on floating population in 2013, this paper analyzed the status and the influence factors on employment and housing among migrants in Jilin Province. The results show that the migrants in Jilin Province mainly engage in business and service industry, and the labor time is always too long. The employment stability is affected by sex, age, education, etc. Temporary residence in rented houses is a basic way of living, and the housing conditions are affected by three variables including floating range, floating time and occupation. The related recommendation can be provided for the service and management of migrants in this study.
