温室环境专用低功耗无线CO_2传感器与校对方法研究 被引量:3

摘要 【目的】研究温室大棚中增施CO2气肥,探索不同作物、季节、温室结构与种植面积对增施浓度的要求,经济、合理增施CO2气肥,对温室内CO2浓度进行在线测量提出适合设施现场校对方法。【方法】在研究CO2感测技术及设施应用需求的基础上,采用英国GSS公司CO2传感器与DigiMesh无线模块,优化网络协议构建低功耗Mesh网络,通过新材料应用、封装设计、提高该传感器精度的环境适应性,试验分析环境快速/长期校对法、零点校对法、参考点校对法。【结果】开发CO2传感器精度小于±20 mg/kg,一致性小于±30 mg/kg,采样响应时间小于6 min,网络寿命长,一致性高,稳定周期和校对周期长,可远程校对。【结论】该传感器能够改变当前CO2检测装置在温室生产中难以批量推广的现状,实现CO2气肥增施的精确调控及科研准确性。 [ Objective] Different crops, seasons, greenhouseg structures and planting area need different concentrations of carbon dioxide which fertilizea the greenhouse. Measuring the concentrations of the carbon dioxide accurately in greenhouses is very important to fertilize carbon economically and reasonably. Concentration of carbon dioxide measuring equipments which are used in chemical industry and environment fields are often used in the manufacture. These equipments are not suitable for greenhouse environment and have many disadvantages, such as high price, high power consumption, low anti - interference ability and calibration. [Method] Base on the carbon dioxide measurement technology and the need of greenhouseg application, we used the carbon dioxide sensor produced by British CSS company and Digi's wireless module to design a lowpower wireless sensor node. The designed node built lower power mesh network. New materials and structure designs were used to improve the sensor environment adaptability. Four calibration methods were analyzed to promote ways suitable for greenhouses. [ Result ] The result of test showed that the accuracy was 20 mg/kg, the consistency was below± 30 mg/kg and the sample response time was lower than six minutes. The designed wireless sensor had long battery life, longer stable period and calibration period. [ Conclusion] This design can change the present situation of popularizing carbon dioxide measuring instruments and make carbon dioxide fertilization accurately.
