摘要 针对混凝土存在脆性大和韧性差的缺点,利用纳米碳纤维的优势,进行纳米碳纤维混凝土增韧降脆的探索性研究。通过正交试验优化得出了配制纳米碳纤维高强混凝土的最优配合比,分析了纳米碳纤维对混凝土力学性能的影响因素,并确定其最优掺量。试验结果表明:合理的掺量能保持纳米碳纤维良好的分散性,使高强混凝土28d抗压强度和劈裂强度均有不同程度的提高,而且纳米碳纤维能提高混凝土的抗拉强度且具有良好的降脆增韧作用。 In view of the shortcomings of brittleness and poor toughness of the exist concrete, by using the advantages of the CNFs, This paper conducts an exploratory study of the toughening and reducing brittle of the CNFs concrete. Through the orthogonal ex periment to optimize, the preparation of nanometer carbon fiber high strength concrete obtained the optimal mixture ratio, analyzed the influence of CNFs for mechanical properties of concrete, and discussed its optimal dosage. The test results show that the corn pressive strength and splitting strength of 28d of high-strength concrete all have varying degrees of increase while containing the rea- sonable dosage and scattered good CNFs. and can improve the tensile strength of concrete and CNFs have good crisp toughening effect.
