摘要
公安科技成果转化是公安科技与一线战斗力紧密结合的关键环节,该文对目前公安科技成果转化推广中存在的科技成果与公安需求脱节、运行机制不健全、转化资金短缺、推广流程繁琐等问题进行了梳理,并针对存在的问题提出了建立专家决策和咨询系统、改善科研机构的运行机制、加大成果转化资金投入力度、简化公安科技成果转化推广流程等以提高公安科技成果转化推广率,进而提升公安一线战斗力。
The transformation of scientific and technological achievements from public security is important in the public security scientific and technological developments. This paper analyzes the problems in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, such as the disjoint between achievements and demands, unsound operational mechanism, fund shortage, and complicated procedure, etc. In accordance with these problems, the paper proposes several methods to improve the transformation of scientific and technological achievements from public security, such as the establishment of an expert system, the improving of operational mechanism of scientific institution, the increase of invested fund, and the simplification of transformation procedure, etc.
