摘要
图书馆开展新媒体服务是新媒体和信息网络技术发展的必然。文章介绍了目前我国常见的图书馆新媒体服务内容，分析了图书馆新媒体服务中存在的版权问题，并提出可操作性的风险对策，为今后图书馆开展新媒体服务提供参考。
Libraries new media new media services and the development of information and network technology, this paper introduces our new common library media services, analyzes the copyright issue exists in the new media service, and operational risk, and provide reference for future new media library services.
