Characterization of a Hg^(2+) Selective Fluorescent Probe Derived from Naphthalimide

摘要 成功将一种萘酰亚胺衍生物表征为高选择性Hg2+荧光探针,在优化测试条件下,实现Hg2+的检测,并用核磁滴定法对探针与Hg2+的结合模式进行了表征。 A Hg^2 +-selective fluorescent probe was successfully characterized based on the compound derived from naphthalimide. The binding mode between Hg^2 + and probe was studied by NMR titration method.
