收缩徐变对悬索桥新型钢-混组合桥面系的影响 被引量:7

Effect of Shrinkage and Creep on New Steel-concrete Composite Bridge Deck System for Suspension Bridge

摘要 基于既有收缩徐变理论,提出了温度变化和Creep准则下收缩徐变的等效计算方法,通过两种大型通用有限元程序对同一结构,分别建立不同的验证分析模型,对提出的等效法的有效性及精度进行了验证,结果发现该方法实用可行,且具有较高的计算精度。结合提出的等效计算方法,借助ANSYS有限元计算程序建立了悬索桥新型钢-混组合桥面系的精细化节段模型,对组合结构的收缩徐变进行了相关研究。研究结果表明:该类新型钢-混组合桥面系混凝土的收缩效应占主导地位,徐变效应并不十分明显,但与混凝土的加载龄期密切相关;收缩徐变对桥面板及钢纵梁应力状态的影响较大,而对钢桁梁的影响并不明显。 Based on the existing calculation theory of shrinkage and creep, an equivalent calculating method of shrinkage and creep with the changing of temperature and the Creep guideline is proposed. Two validation analysis models are built for the same structure with 2 large popularized finite element programs, the validity and accuracy of the proposed equivalent method are verified. It is found that the equivalent method is practical and feasible, and has higher accuracy. A fine segment model of the steel-concrete composite bridge deck system of suspension bridge is created with the proposed equivalent method and ANSYS finite element program, some related researches about the effect of shrinkage and creep on composite structure are carried out. The result shows that ( 1 ) the shrinkage effect of concrete of the new steel-concrete composite bridge deck system is dominant, while the creep effect is not obvious, which is closely related to the concrete loading age; (2) the influence of shrinkage and creep on the stress state of the bridge deck and the longitudinal steel girder is obvious, but its influence on the steel trussed girder is not obvious.
