摘要
以能耗费用最低为目标,提出了基于能耗费用评估的电网最优风电接纳功率分析方法。该方法综合考虑了火电机组发电成本、风电的节能降耗效益、旋转备用成本以及电网的安全约束等因素,以确定既有电网的风电最优接纳功率。基于遗传算法求解模型,并通过IEEE-118节点算例对所提方法的可行性进行了验证。
Taking minimized energy cost as the objective, an energy cost assessment based method to analyze power grid's optimal accommodation of wind power is proposed. In the proposed method such factors as generation cost of fossil power generation units, the benefit from energy conservation and consumption reduction of wind power, the cost of spinning reserve and security constraints of power grid are synthetically considered to determine the existing power grid's optimal accommodation of wind power. The proposed model is solved by genetic algorithm, and the feasibility of the proposed method is validated by simulation results of IEEE 118-bus system.
