摘要
微泡钻井液是近年来开发的一种适用于低压易漏地层的新型钻井液.笔者利用CL-Ⅱ型流体PVT测试仪,测定了压力、温度对不同密度微泡钻井液密度的影响,其密度随温度升高而降低,随压力升高而增加,并且压力达3MPa以上时,钻井液密度上升趋势趋于平缓.通过对实验数据的回归和公式推导,建立了微泡钻井液井底密度预测模型,通过数学插值方法可以得到配制密度在0.598~0.951 g/cm3之间的微泡钻井液井底密度预测值.
Micro foam drilling fluid is suitable for drilling low pressure formations in which mud losses are frequent to occur. Using the Model CL-II fluid PVT tester, the effect of pressure and temperature on the density of micro foam drilling fluid is studied. It is shown that density of micro foam mud decreases as temperature increases, and increases with increase in pressure. When pressure is greater than 3 MPa, density changes more and more gently. Regression and formula derivation of the acquired data give birth to a density prediction model for micro foam drilling fluid. Using numerical interpolation, a micro foam mud having a measured density of 0.598-0.951 g/cm3 can be predicted for its density downhole.
