摘要
针对我国北方地区冬季日光温室低地温障碍已成为制约果菜类越冬栽培的现状,以3个辣椒品种为试材,设置日光温室辣椒幼苗不同根区温度处理,研究了不同根区温度对辣椒幼苗地上、地下部生长及光合特性的影响,以期为日光温室冬季辣椒栽培土壤温度条件的选择提供理论依据。结果表明:与适温处理(CK)相比,亚适温和低温处理,降低了辣椒幼苗的株高、地上部干重、地下部干重及全株干重,延缓了叶片生长,增加了根冠比;降低了辣椒幼苗叶片SPAD值、光合速率、蒸腾速率、胞间CO2浓度。
For this present situation which the low ground temperature constraint for winter cultivation of fruit vegetables, taking three varieties of pepper as test material,the effect of different root zone temperature on growth both aboveground and underground, photosynthetic parameters of pepper seedlings in solar greenhouse were studied, in order to provide a theoretical basis for the pepper cultivation in the winter solar greenhouse and preferably improvement of the soil temperature condition. The results showed that the plant height, aboveground part dry weight, underground part dry weight, dry weight of complete stool,leaf growth,leaf SPAD, photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and inter-cellular CO2 concentration in the optimal temperature were higher than the suboptimal and low temperature. The ratio of root to shoot was lower than the suboptimal and low temperature.
