摘要
目的 :对应用鼻翼软骨复位悬吊术修复唇裂继发鼻畸形的方法进行探讨。方法 :4 8例唇裂继发鼻畸形患者接受了鼻畸形修复术 ,年龄 9～ 4 6岁 ,男 2 7例 ,女 2 1例。手术方法 :切开双侧鼻翼皮肤与粘膜交界处 ,游离鼻翼软骨 ,切断患侧内侧脚的附着 ,将其复位 ,与对侧的鼻翼软骨缝合 ,然后将其向上悬吊至额部。结果 :本方法可较好地恢复患侧的鼻翼软骨 ,抬高鼻尖 ,使鼻孔两侧对称 ,得到较满意的修复效果。长期的追踪发现 ,无 1例复发。结论 :应用鼻翼软骨额部悬吊法可较好地修复唇裂鼻畸形 ,得到较满意的效果。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of cleft lip nasal deformity repair with alar cartilages reposition and suspension to frontal area. Methods: 48 patients with secondary cleft lip nasal deformity ,27 male and 21 female, age range from 9 to 46 years, were repaired. Surgery methods: incision were made between the alar skin and mucosa junction, alar cartilages were freed, alar inner insertions were cut off,the alar cartiages repositioned and suspended to frontal area. Results: After surgery, the nose tip was elevated, the outline of bilateral nostril were aymmetry. After long time follow up ,the results were stable. Conclusion: Cleft lip nasal deformity repaired with alar cartilage reopsition and suspension to frontal area results in satisfactory result and improves nasal symmetry.
