摘要
目的探讨联合血清和肺泡灌洗液GM检测在侵袭性肺曲霉菌病临床诊治价值。方法选我院呼吸内科46名患有侵袭性肺曲霉菌病的患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组23人。对照组给予单独血清GM检测。实验组给予联合血清和肺泡灌洗液GM检测,两组患者均给予常规侵袭性肺曲霉菌病的药物治疗,同时观察并记录两组患者在跟踪诊断过程中的准确性。结果两组均同时期同剂量给予伏立康唑治疗,治疗4周及8周复查血清GM及肺泡灌洗液GM,两组患者治疗前后GM值有显著差异。结论单独检测血清GM对于患有侵袭性肺曲霉菌病的患者有早期诊断的意义,但随着病情的发展单独检测血清GM侵袭性肺曲霉菌检出率不是很高,联合血清和肺泡灌洗液GM检测在侵袭性肺曲霉菌病临床诊治有价值。
Objective To investigate the joint GM detection in serum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid mycosis value in the diagnosis and treatment of invasive pulmonary song. Methods Hospital Respiratory Medicine 46 with invasive pulmonary aspergillosis patients were randomly divided into control and experimental groups of 23 people. The control group received a single serum GM testing. Experimental group was given a joint GM detection in serum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid,patients were given conventional therapy of invasive pulmonary aspergillosis,while the two groups were observed and recorded in the tracking accuracy of the diagnostic process. Results Both groups were given the same dose of the same period voriconazole treatment,four weeks and eight weeks to review serum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid GM GM,GM values were significantly different before and after treatment. Conclusion Serum GM alone for patients with invasive pulmonary aspergillosis have significance for early diagnosis,but as the disease progresses separate serum GM detection rate of invasive pulmonary aspergillosis is not very high,and serum and lavage GM detection lotion valuable in the diagnosis and treatment of invasive fungal lung song.
