摘要
随着现代科学技术的进步,在房地产信息管理中,GIS的应用也越来越广泛。本文对地理信息系统的结构组成和功能进行了研究与探讨,对GIS在房地产管理和房地产管理信息系统开发中的应用特点以及GIS应用的可行性进行了分析,并且提出了一些意见,以供读者参考。
with the progress of modern science and technology, in the real estate information management, the application of GIS is becoming more and more widely. In this paper, the structure composition and function of geographic information system has carried on the research and discussion, the GIS in the real estate management and real estate management information system development characteristic and the application of GIS application feasibility is analyzed, and puts forward some opinions, in order to offer reader reference.
