摘要
目的 :通过动物实验研究比较三七皂甙和善宁对大鼠急性重症胰腺炎的治疗作用并探讨其作用机制。方法 :80只大鼠随机分为五组 ,建立急性重症胰腺炎模型后应用三七皂甙和善宁治疗 ,观察各组大鼠血清淀粉酶、TNFα和TXB2 的变化及胰腺和肺的病理组织学变化。结果 :应用三七皂甙和善宁后大鼠腹水减少、病理改变减轻 ,血清淀粉酶、TNFα和TXB2 均明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;两治疗组间比较 ,血清淀粉酶变化无显著差别(P >0 .0 5 ) ,三七皂甙治疗组的血清TNFα、TXB2 比善宁治疗组明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :三七皂甙对大鼠急性胰腺炎胰酶的释放和TNFα、TXB2 均有明显的抑制作用 ;善宁对大鼠急性胰腺炎胰酶的释放也有明显抑制作用 ,而对TNFα、TXB2 的影响不明显。
Objective:To determine the therapeutic effect of Panax Notoginseng Saponins (PNGS) and somatostatinfor Sevre Acute Pancreatitis (SAP) in rats model and its functional mechanism.Methods:Eighty rats were randomly divided into 5 groups and SAP model was established. Two SAP groups were treated by PNGS and somatostatin .The changes of serum amylase, TNFα ,TXB 2 and the pathological demonstration of the pancreases and the lung were observed.Results:The ascites, the pathological changes in the pancreas and the lung, the serum amylase,TNFα and TXB 2 in the group of using PNGS and in the group of using somatostatin group obviously decreased ( P <0.05).There have not been clearly differences in the level of serum amylase ( P >0.05) and there have been obvious differences in the level of serum TNFα and TXB 2 between the PNGS group and the somatostatin group ( P <0.05).Conclusion:The PNGS could inhibit the release of pancreatic amylase and TNFα ,TXB 2 and somatostatin could also do the release of pancreatic amylase and could not decrease the level of TNFα and TXB 2 for the SAP model in rats.
