摘要
目的对舒适护理在高龄白内障患者超声乳化吸除及人工晶体植入术中的应用展开研究分析。方法随机选取该院接收救治的200例行白内障超声乳化吸除联合人工晶体植入术患者,分成观察组和对照组,对照组给予眼科常规临床护理,观察组在眼科常规护理基础上给予舒适护理,对两组围术期护理工作满意度及不良反应情况进行观察对比。结果观察组护理满意度显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生情况显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论舒适护理在高龄白内障患者超声乳化吸除及人工晶体植入术中,可有效的提升护理工作的质量,改善患者对护理的满意程度,值得临床广泛推广。
Objective To analyze and study the application of comfortable care in elderly patients with cataract phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation. Methods 200 cases underwent cataract phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation treated in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was given routine ophthalmic clinical care, and the observation group was given comfortable care on the basis of routine ophthalmic clinical care. The perioperative nursing satisfaction and adverse reactions of two groups were observed and compared. Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference in data of nursing satisfaction was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference in data of adverse reactions was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comfortable care applied to elderly patients with cataract phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation, can effectively improve the quality of care and nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of wide promotion in clinical practice.
