摘要
目的探讨实施同步健康教育对急性白血病化疗间歇期患者呼吸道感染的影响。方法选取血液科A病区为对照组(45例)、B病区为观察组(45例),对照组实施常规护理及健康教育,观察组在此基础上对患者及家属进行入院评估,围绕环境要求、卫生习惯、休息与活动、服药与饮食、出院后访视等内容实施同步健康教育及效果评价。结果两组患者化疗间歇期各时间点白细胞变化差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);两组患者化疗结束当日呼吸道感染临床症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);化疗间歇期第7、14、21、28天呼吸道感染临床症状评分比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论实施同步健康教育对预防患者化疗间歇期呼吸道感染具有积极作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of synchronous health education on respiratory tract infection during the intermission of chemotherapy in patients with acute leukemia. Methods Forty-five patients hospitalized in division A of hematology department were treated as the control group and received conventional nursing care and health education. Forty-five patients hospitalized in di- vision B of hematology department were served as the observation group, and both patients themselves and their family members received health education., assessment was performed at admission, and health education regarding environmental requirements, hygiene, rest and activity, diet and medication, and follow-up after discharge were provided. Results There were no significant differences in WBC counts between the two groups at different time points of the intermission of chemotherapy (P〉0.05 for all). The respiratory tract infection symptom scores had no significant difference between the two groups on the last day of chemothera- py (P〉0. 05) ,whereas they showed significant differences between the two groups on the day 7, day 14, day 21, and day 28 of the intermission of chemotherapy(P〈0.01 for all). Conclusion Synchronous health education has positive role in prevention of re spiratory tract infection during the intermission of chemotherapy in patients with acute leukemia.
