摘要
在强化换热场协同原理的基础上,分析了对流换热中三场协同关系对传热的影响;并对圆管进行数值模拟,研究了不同结垢厚度下,圆管内层流换热速度场、温度场和压力场之间协同度的变化,对数值结果进行分析,综合考虑换热和阻力特性。对不同污垢厚度圆管的综合性能做出评价。
Combined with field synergy principle,it analyses the influence of convective heat transfer by three field synergy. The numerical simulation is adopted to research the synergy of the temperature field, velocity field and pressure field in laminar heat transfer when the fouling thickness of circular tube is different. Combined heat transfer and pressure drop characteristics, the comprehensive performance of different fouling thickness' tube are made evaluation.
