标本不同处理因素对神经元特异性烯醇化酶测定的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨标本因素对神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)测定结果的影响。方法选取健康体检者33例,分别分析标本离心后放置不同时间、不同离心时间、溶血及冰冻4种因素对NSE检测结果的影响。结果对照组与冰冻组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与其余组结果差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论溶血、标本离心后放置过久,或标本放置过久后离心均可致NSE检测结果升高,因此若标本不能迅速检测,可先离心收集血清,冰冻后于需要时复融检测。
