摘要 针对一个从事稀土分离生产的企业,对其生产后排放的大量的超温工业污水(平均温度55℃),利用工业热泵提取污水废热,用于将锅炉给水和萃取工艺所需纯水分别预热至60℃和75℃,大大减少了企业的燃气的消耗量。通过数据计算和静态经济评价指标对该方案的经济性、可行性和成本回收周期进行了分析,结果表明:该企业采用工业污水源热泵系统每年节省费用达140万左右,静态投资回收周期在2年以内,同时为工业热泵提取废热技术的推广应用提供参考。 The sewage water with high and stable temperature (with an average temperature of 55℃) was utilized for an enterprise engaged in rare earth separation production. When heated to 60 ℃ and 75℃, the heat of sewage water was extracted by using industrial heat pump for boiler feed water and the pure water needed by extraction technology. It reduces immensely the gas consumption every year for the enterprise. Based on the calculation of data and the analysis of its static economic index, feasibility and cost recovery period, the results were drawn that 1.4 million Yuan of RMB could be saved for the enterprise as a result of utilizing industrial heat pump, and the static investment recovery period was within 2 years. The result could offer reference to the popularization and application for the technology of utilizing sewage heat by using industrial heat pump.
