摘要
研究一种"三维筛"专利分析法,其以专利强度为主,辅以市场特征信息、进出口特征信息,从而解决专利时效性差,某些技术领域灵敏性低的问题,形成一种立体化专利筛查工具,从不同侧面对海量专利数据进行去粗取精,再统一整合梳理,得出结论。以"肉桂"的合成技术为例,对"三维筛"分析法进行详细解析,对行业的竞争信息进行了分析,对相关企业提出发展建议。
The paper researches on a novel patent analysis method named “3D Filter”,mainly focusing on the patent strength and supplemented with market characteristics information and import &export feature information.It forms a pro-fessional 3D filtering tool for patent analysis,which has solved many problems such as poor timeliness and low sensitivity in some fields.This method effectively and correctly retains the useful information from all the massive patent data after analy-zing in different aspects,which will be well arranged so as to generate an exact result.This paper takes “cinnamon”syn-thesis technology as an example to explain the “3D Filter”method in details,analyzes the industry competitive information and offers suggestion for development of the relative enterprises.
