摘要
虚拟经济组织作为全球化时代的一种新的合作模式应运而生,在打造中国经济升级版的进程中,我国虚拟经济组织的发展面临全球节能减排的压力、国内发展战略的变革、世界经济格局的调整等诸多挑战。同时虚拟经济组织存在道德风险、内部整合不到位、员工诚信危机、地区发展不平衡等因素的制约,因此,鼓励经济组织运作模式创新、加强组织内部信用体系建设、整合虚拟经济组织核心竞争力、提升虚拟经济组织文化软实力,是全球化时代我国虚拟经济组织创新的出路。
Virtual economic organization as a new model of cooperation emerged in the era of globalization. In creating the Chinese economy upgrade process,the development of the virtual economy organization of China is facing many challenges of the pressure of global energy conservation,domestic development strategy change and the adjustment of world economy.At the same time there exist constraints,for example：a moral hazard,internal integration in place,and their staff crisis, uneven regional development and other factors. Therefore,to encourage the innovation of the mode of operation of the eco-nomic organization,to strengthen the internal credit system of organization,to integrate the core competencies of virtual e-conomic organization and enhance the cultural soft power of virtual economy organization,are the ways of the development of the virtual economy organization of China in the era of globalization.
