摘要
随着腹腔镜技术在妇科疾病诊治中的应用和拓展,用此方法治疗早期宫颈癌越来越广泛。腹腔镜广泛性性子宫切除术及腹腔镜下盆腔淋巴结清扫术是早期宫颈癌手术治疗的首选方式。腹腔镜技术应用于宫颈癌治疗不仅达到了与开腹手术相同的效果,还有减少术中出血量、缩短术后恢复时间及提高患者术后生存质量等优势。该文对腹腔镜手术应用于宫颈癌的优势及临床进展予以综述。
As the application and development of laparoscopic technology rises in the diagnosis and treatment of gynaecologic diseases,thelaparoscopic surgery has been widely used in the treatment of early cervical cancer.Total laparoscopic radical hysterectomy and laparoscopic pelvic lymph nodes dissection are the first choices of the early cervical cancer treatment.Besides achieving the same result of abdominal radical hysterectomy,thelaparoscopic surgery has other advantages,such as reducing operative blood loss,shortening the postoperative recovery time,improving the living quality of the patients,etc.Here is to make a review of the advantages and clinical progress of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of early cervical cancer.
