摘要
伴随井冈山区域旅游产业迅猛发展,作为主体产品资源之一的景区村落表现出迫切的环境管理需要,在对井冈山区域内所有景区村落进行环境调查的基础上,探明了井冈山区域内景区村落的特点、景区村落的环境现状及污染趋势,对景区村落环境管理中存在的主要问题进行了系统的分析。据此提出了建立井冈山区域景区村落环境监测指标体系的初步构想,并筛选出社会环境和自然环境两大类监测指标。为后续建立景区村落环境监测地方标准奠定了基础,也可为科学有序地开展景区村落环境监测工作提供借鉴和技术支撑。
Rapid development of tourism in Jinggangshan Mountain Area results in urgent need of environmental management for the scenic villages which are part of the valuable tourist resources. Based on environmental survey on all scenic villages in the Area, this paper describes the features, environment situation and pollution trends of the villages and systematically analyzes the major problems in their environmental management. An initial idea is thus proposed for establishing an Environmental Monitoring Indicator System （EMIS） in the locality which is highlighted in two monitoring indicator, i.e. social and natural environments. It is a foundation for future formulating of a standard on local EMIS, and also provides reference and technical supports for scientific and orderly EMIS programs in the villages.
