摘要
目的观察尼莫地平持续泵入治疗高血压脑出血的效果。方法选取我院2012-10—2013-05收治的120例高血压脑出血患者作为研究对象,随机分成2组,每组60例。对照组采用常规治疗,实验组在常规治疗的基础上持续泵入尼莫地平。20d后观察2组患者临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为100%,明显高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组不良反应发生率8.33%,与对照组(10.00%)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论尼莫地平持续泵入治疗高血压脑出血效果显著,能够很好缓解高血压脑出血病情,不良反应少,是一种安全有效的治疗方法,值得临床广泛应用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of continuous infusion of nimodipine in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage .Methods One hundred and twenty cases of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage treated in our hospital during October 2012 to May 2013 were selected as research subjects ,and randomly divided into two groups ,60 cases in each group .The control group was given conventional therapy ;the experimental group was used with the continuous infusion of nimodipine based on the conventional treatment .The clinical recovery was observed after treatment for 20 days .Re-sults The total effective rate of the treatment group were 100 .00% ,which was significantly higher than that of the control group （73 .33% ） .It was statistically significant （P〈0 .05） ,the incidence of adverse reactions of treatment group （8 .33% ） had no significant differences from that of the control group （10 .00% ,P〉0 .05） .Conclusion The continuous infusion of ni-modipine in the treatment for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage has significant clinical efficacy ,it can alleviate serious illness of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage ,with less clinical adverse reactions ,it is a safe and effective method which isworth of wide application in clinic .
