摘要
高校医院既是高等院校的一个组织结构。它担负着高校公共卫生服务、预防保健、基本医疗服务、健康教育等多项职能,是保障高校教学科研、稳定教学秩序、全面推进素质教育、推动学校发展不可缺少的机构。随着我国医药卫生体制改革,高校医院的职能发生了转变,在办院模式和服务方式上面临巨大的挑战。通过分析高校医院人才队伍建设、基础设施建设、体制机制等存在的问题,探讨了新时期高校医院的定位与发展。
University hospital is an organization in Colleges and universities,and is also an integral part of the social and health institutions. It is located in the university community,to provide health services for students and staff and family members in colleges and universities. The hospital undertakes a number of functions like public health serv-ices,prevention and health care,basic medical care,health education and so on. It is an indispensable institution for the development of school. Along with the medical and health system reform in our country,the function of college hospital changed greatly and faces great challenges in the hospital running mode and service mode.
