摘要
如何在现今形势要求下,提高企业思想政治工作的生命力,是摆在各级党政领导面前的严峻考验和首要任务。有四个方面的思考:一是企业思想政治工作必须与中心工作紧密结合才有生命力;二是企业思想政治工作必须与党建工作紧密结合才有生命力;三是企业思想政治工作必须求真务实才有生命力;四是企业思想政治工作必须与企业文化紧密结合才有生命力。
As required by the current situation, how to improve the vitality of enterprise ideolog- ical and political work, is the acid test before party leaders at all levels and primary task. Think there are four aspects： The first is the enterprise ideological and political work must and center work closely with vitality; The second is the enterprise ideological and political work must and party construction work closely with vitality ;The thrid is the enterprise ideological and political work must be practical to have the vitality ;The fourth is the enterprise ideological and political work must be combined closely with the corporate culture has vitality.
