摘要
目的提高妇科人流管腔器械清洗质量,降低或杜绝医院感染发生率。方法在科室质量管理过程中,针对人流管腔器械清洗质量存在问题,运用品管圈管理工具,科室全体圈员通过头脑风暴,集思广益,分析存在问题,探讨实施对策,共同解决问题。结果实施活动四个月后,有形成果和无形成果得到明显提升,经活动前后对比,人流吸管清洗合格率分别为86.99%和98.04%。结论通过品管圈管理工具的应用,科室全体圈员参与质量管理的意识、团队凝聚力、责任心增强,整体工作质量得到提升,人流吸管的清洗合格率明显提高。
