摘要
以3位英语教师的课程实施为案例,采用定性研究的多案例研究方法,试图探究两个问题:(1)教师在课程实施过程中,是否完全依据课程计划执行?(2)如果没有,是哪些因素导致了课程实施偏离了教师课程计划?研究结果表明:教师的课堂计划与课堂实施不一致。造成课程实施偏离课程计划的深层次原因在于:教师内隐教学观、学生观和知识体系以及外在多变的课堂环境。研究结论不仅为教师反思带来实证素材,而且在一定程度上丰富了外语教师认知研究。
This research , with three EFL teachers as cases , using a qualitative multiple -case study , is intended to answer two research questions:(1) in the process of instructional practices , whether did teachers completely adhere to instructional plan?(2) if not, what kind of factors caused the deviation of the curriculum implementation from the instructional plan ?The result of this research shows that the instructional plan and the implementation of the curriculum were not consistent with each other .The reasons behind this inconsistency are due to the combination of teacher's implicit cognitive system , such as teaching views of teaching and learning with external variables of classroom environment .The result of this research not only provides teachers with empirical materials for them to reflect on their pedagogical practices , but also enriches the study of cognitive world of EFL teachers .
